I ordered a swimsuit from berlook, and since I’m the kind of person who immediately notices color before anything else, that was the main thing I was paying attention to. The green looked really close to the photos, just maybe a tiny bit darker in person.
I know every screen shows colors a little differently, so I wasn’t expecting it to be an exact match anyway. It still looked and didn’t feel like one of those situations where the item shows up looking completely different.
I’d give it 4 stars overall. The color was accurate enough for me to be happy with it, just not 100% identical to the pictures.

I had to keep chasing them for updates, which was frustrating. The exchange, even after all that, still took way too long and felt more delayed than it needed to be.

I’ve washed it a bunch of times now and it’s still in good shape. i kind of expected it to start looking rough by now since that happens with a lot of stuff like this, but so far it’s held up well

So yeah, surprisingly calm experience overall, and I’d order again.

The fabric actually feels really good, especially for the price, and the swimsuit kept its shape after a few washes, so I’m happy with that. That said, I do wish the fit was a little more comfortable in a couple spots. It’s not terrible, but it’s one of those things you keep noticing. Also, the sizing could be clearer because I kept wondering if I should’ve ordered another size. Overall, good quality, just a bit annoying in the small details.

I ordered because the website made such a big deal about being sustainable, but once I actually got my order it just didn’t really feel like there was much behind those claims, since I couldn’t find much clear info about where the products are made or how eco-friendly they really are, and even the packaging was ordinary, so overall it came off more like greenwashing than a genuine effort and I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

I’ve ordered twice now and the sizing was pretty much the same both times. Everything fit about how I expected, though one top did feel a little shorter than the others. It makes me wonder a bit about the quality control, but overall the fit was fine...

This is really soft and comfy. Like, actually comfy enough that I wore it all day and didn’t think about it once. Fits nicely too, so yeah, really comfy stuff.

I think this was a fair deal. I bought a swimsuit and the quality was nicer than I expected for what I paid. Shipping did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, but considering the price and how the swimsuit turned out, I’d still say it was good value overall

I had a question about my order from berlook.com, so I reached out to customer service. To be fair, they got back to me quicker than I expected, I think it was the same day, and they were polite enough.

The problem did get sorted without a ton of back and forth, but I was a bit annoyed because some of the communication wasn’t super clear, especially around waiting for the tracking to update. It worked out in the end, just not as smoothly as it could’ve. I’d give it 4 stars.

My order showed up packed really neat and secure, like someone in the warehouse actually cared or there’s some secret packing protocol they don’t want us to know about. No crushed box, no weird smell, nothing sketchy. Everything was folded nicely too. I’m not saying there’s a packaging mastermind behind this, but it definitely arrived way better than I expected.
